The Tuscani Elisa (known as the Tiburon or Coupe outside of South Korea) is one of few cars in its class to have as an option a V6, and the Tuscani uses this torquey motor to its fullest. The twist at the Tuscani’s disposal helps the coupe power out of turns and also sounds fantastic, providing a great contrast to less sonorous four-cylinder opponents. Outside, the lines work surprisingly well, with neat fastback proportions and knife-edge accents. Far from the boy-racer mentality that pervades other import sports coupes, the Tuscani looks fairly grown up, particularly out back where a tasteful spoiler and large dual exhausts advertise the Tuscani’s athletic pretensions. While the Tuscani is a fairly competent handler stock, with minimal understeer considering the relatively heavy V6 up front, the Upgrade Shop has all the parts needed to fully unlock this Korean coupe’s full potential.
