Forza Motorsport Preview (E3 2010)

The following images were shown at the E3 2010 Microsoft Press Conference, as a tech demo for the Kinect sensor. The showing also previewed the future of Forza 4 as envisioned by Turn 10 Studios. It wasn't until VGA 2010 when this officially became Forza Motorsport 4.

Forza Motorsport 4 Announcement (VGA 2010)

Forza 4 was formally announced at the Spike Video Game Awards of 2010 (VGA). Turn 10 announced that the game will feature over 500 cars from 80 manufacturers, and confirmed that it will support Kinect as well as a regular controller.[1]The game will also feature content provided by BAFTA award-winning television show Top Gear, including narration from presenter Jeremy Clarkson during the virtual showroom navigation.


Official Unveiling (E3 2011)

The official unveiling of Forza Motorsport 4 came at Microsofts Press Conference of E3 2011. The reveal consisted of a new track announcement (The Bernese Alps), and several cars and features. AutoVista was announced, where players have the ability to look around and inspect the cars in stunning detail while listening to commentary by Jeremy Clarkson of BBC's Top Gear.
